KASEY LONG - PRESIDENT

Kasey Long is a proud wife, mom and grandma, and co-founder of Clean Services Northwest (CSNW), which she started alongside her husband Mike in 1998. With 27 years of experience in window cleaning, Kasey finds deep joy in the satisfaction of her clients—she loves seeing how happy they are when their windows sparkle.


Her life is rooted in faith, with the belief that God is the most important thing in life, guiding both her personal and professional paths. Outside of work, Kasey enjoys traveling, gardening, crocheting, and golfing. She’s a taco lover at heart, adores the color purple, and cherishes time with her family above all else.

MIKE LONG

Vice President



Mike believes that CSNW’s success is driven by its people—the many team members who make up the company today, as well as those who have been part of the CSNW journey since its founding in 1998. He values teamwork, accountability, and the shared commitment it takes to build something lasting.


Outside of work, Mike enjoys staying active and pursuing a wide range of interests. He’s a private pilot (since 2021) and loves flying whenever he gets the chance. He also enjoys racing dirt cars, big game hunting, and traveling with his wife, Kasey. When it comes to food, pizza is always a favorite especially Chicago-style deep dish. And if you’re wondering, his favorite color is red.

ABBY LONG

Abby Long has been a valued member of Clean Services Northwest since June 1, 2012. With over a decade of experience in window cleaning, Abby takes pride in mastering a trade that demands both precision and dedication. She brings a high level of professionalism and skill to her work, earning the trust and appreciation of every client she serves.


A mom to a wonderful son and recently engaged, Abby balances her hardworking spirit with a love for fun and adventure. In her free time, she enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Her favorite food is pasta, her favorite color is Tiffany Blue, and while many might be surprised—she doesn’t like meat or peanut butter! If she could vacation anywhere, Italy would be her dream destination.

SEAN NOCE

Sean Noce has been a member of CSNW since 05/21/18. Sean has been cleaning windows for 19 years. His favorite aspect of cleaning windows is meeting new people. His favorite food is meat and his favorite color is emerald green.


​In his free time, Sean loves reading good books. If he could go anywhere on vacation, he would throw the dice at the Hotel de Monte Carlo in Monaco. One thing most people do not know about Sean is that he used to be able to sing well enough to perform in public.

GABE IVERSON

Gabe Iverson has been a member of CSNW since 9/24/2018. Gabe has been cleaning windows for 3 years. His favorite aspect of cleaning windows Instant gratification of a job well done. His favorite food is spanakopita and his favorite color is green.


If he could go anywhere on vacation, he would visit Norway. One thing most people do not know about Gabe he went a solo trip around central America when he was 22.

Colyn Coodey

 Colyn has been working for CSNW since October 30, 2023, and is our High-Rise Supervisor. His favorite aspect of the job is overseeing high-rise projects and ensuring top-quality service.


His favorite color is purple, and he loves Mexican food. If he could go anywhere on vacation, he would choose a warm and tropical destination with good surf.


Fun Fact: The ocean is his happy place.

Michael Zollin Davis

Michael really enjoys the team-based work environment at CSNW and the overall family feel of the business.

Favorite Food: BBQ of any kind with good sides

Favorite Vacation Spot: Las Vegas, because of the variety of fun activities it offers

Fun Fact: He enjoys digital art and building computers.


Mikee Long

Mikee has been working at CSNW since 2019 but has grown up in the business.


Favorite Color: Orange

Favorite Food: A good steak

Favorite Vacation Spot: Las Vegas

Fun Fact: In his free time, he loves racing cars and playing with his bulldog.

Aaron Ball

Aaron has been working for CSNW since November 13, 2023. His favorite things about CSNW are the family atmosphere, the emphasis on safety first, and working with his crew.
