We determine accessible windows as either walkups, or those reachable with up to a 28’ ladder. Advanced ladder climbs requiring 2 man crews or extra high work tend to cost a bit more. We can let you know at the time of service. If your windows are absolutely impossible to reach, our highly trained rope access technicians can probably handle your issue. Most people are happy with their screens and inside tracks getting a simple wipe down, but if yours need that full soap and water treatment just let us know. There is an adjustment for each depending on complexity. We can do a demonstration test upon arrival to determine your individual needs.

Construction cleanup or scraping, such as paint, glue, grill grease or sealer removal is not included but can be added. Hard water restoration can also be performed. This usually requires a scratch glass waiver to be signed in advance. Please let us know if you think any of these apply and we will prep our team to address your situation.

At the time of service, we will do a walkthrough and confirm the final price prior to commencing work. Please let us know if there is any damage that we should be aware of. Think cracked glass or broken screens. Please make sure that all your access gates are unlocked and your sills are relatively unobstructed. Let us know your time constraints and if there are any areas you would like us to avoid. Our crew undergo extensive background checks and our competent to complete the work if you need to leave.
